Our Registered Nurses
Our Registered Nurses have an average of 10-15 years of experience in nursing and are required to have a Registered Nursing (RN) degree. They are hired based on strong case management and assessment skills.
Our Home Health Aides
Our Home Health Aides are held to the highest standards to ensure quality care. They are required to have at least one year of previous home health care or nursing experience. They are also required to pass specific competency tests and are given state an dnational criminal and identity background checks.
We ensure each of our Home Health Aides has good communication skills and is able to relate to our clients in a positive, yet professional manner. Warm, friendly smiles are also encouraged. Our orientation period is mandatory to ensure that every HHA is confident in their job role before placement is completed.
Our Live-In Caregivers
Around the clock care is often the answer to a prayer for some people who want to remain at home. Warm Hands Kind Hearts has been providing this type of 24-hour Live-In Care since 1998. Whether your need is short-term or indefinite, our agency can provide qualified, friendly and skilled caregivers. We aim to provide a consistent, small group of caregivers for each of our clients.
Our friendly, personable 24-hour caregivers and our Live-In home Health Aides are reliable, professionally trained and certified. We provide ourselves in offering each of our clients the individualized, professional and quality care they deserve.
24-Hour Live-In Care or Extended Hours
Overnight hourly services are available to those clients who have safety or other concerns during the late night hours. We also provide the option of 24-hour Live-In Care, which offers continuous coverage. Our Live-In Aides will assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s): cooking, laundry, light cleaning and escorting clients to appointments.
In addition to the services we provide, the presence of a caregiver in the home 24-hours per day ensures peace of mind to our clients and their family members.
