Includes: Transportation home after surgery, Overnight Home Health Aide Care Cost, Transportation and accompainment to next morning's follow-up appointment.

Option B: $355.00

Includes: Transportation home after surger, 8-hours Home Health Aide Care Cost.

Option C: $260.00

Includes:  Transportation home after surgery, 4-hours Home Health Aide Care Cost.

Option D: $150.00

Includes:  Transportation home after surgery, Medication Pick-up, 1-hour of Home Health Aide Cost.


Rates & Cancellation Policy

Additional Services are determined on a case-by-case basis.  Rates are subject to change with a 30-day notice cancellation policy.

24-Hour Notice is required to cancel scheduled care.  Full Charges will apply if less than 24-hour notice is not given.
